- In the manga, Nagisa Kaworu, Asuka no, he drove the unit 02. The weapon used was a double-edged chainsaw. Armisael partially merged with Unit 02 while he was doing with the unit 00 and Rei, and Kaworu both experienced the emotions of Rei. He considered using his powers against Armisael Angel, but chose not to do to keep their nature hidden.
